Greetings from Serendipity! I'm Jana, the owner of Serendipity Gift Boutique LLC (Serendipity Collections online). Since starting the business in early spring, 2005, our goal has been to bring beauty, pleasure and an element of happy surprise to people's lives as well as developing and nurturing long lasting friendships and relationships with our customers. We offer well made, in many cases handmade, unique, attractive products and present them as if you were receiving a lovely gift from a good friend. We are committed to honesty & integrity and good old fashioned customer service which includes always listening and lovingly handling and packing your order by hand with care and concern.

1. Shopping online should be easy and convenient with reasonable shipping costs and times. (please bear in mind that shipping costs are constantly rising now, breakables need to be double boxed and if you are across the country from us, shipping will be higher than if you were in the Mid-Atlantic or on the East Coast. Also, buying multiple items reduces the cost of shipping per item. We do not make a profit on shipping) 
2. Instructions should be clear and concise and product information should be accurate.
3. Pictures should represent the true nature of the product (although bear in mind that different monitors can distort colors a bit sometimes).
4. Shopping online should be secure so we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services.
5. Information should be freely available in order for our customers to make informed decisions, so we try to provide detailed information regarding our products, Us, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping, Policies in general, Gift Services, and what our customers think about us.
6. Customer service should be friendly, helpful and accessible.

We are a full service gift boutique and offer complimentary gift wrap. Some products come gift-packaged or you can choose your gift wrap in the drop-down box in the Item Description. 

If there are no gift wrap options available in the Item Description, just let us know your occasion in the Comments Box at checkout and leave the rest to us (if you request gift wrap in the Comments Box, some smaller products may be gift packaged in a pretty gift bag)!  Depending on the gift wrap you choose, some products may be gift packaged in our signature purple or premium colored box with pretty bow and ornamentation or our premium white box with feather ties and ornamentation.
